Sarah Tanner: Greenleaf Organics
Sarah Tanner is a self-taught, plant based cook, co-owner of Greenleaf Organics in Kingsland, Auckland, and a published author of her first cookbook, titled GLO, launched in December 2016.
GLO is stocked in discerning stores throughout New Zealand and Australia, and has been featured, along with Sarah, in Viva, Next Magazine, Bite, Dish, stuff.co.nz, The Dominion, The Christchurch Press, M2 Magazine, and several popular online blogs.
Sarah is mum to Stella, who has attended the Ellerslie branch of Peacocks since she was 2 years old. Stella will be turning 5 this year. Sarah has dedicated her personal and professional life to helping people make healthier food choices, whilst providing the tools to do so.
The health and nutrition of young children is a passion close to her heart, as she believes that what we feed our children has a direct link to their learning and growing capabilities.
Sarah is truly honoured and excited to be working alongside the Owners, Chefs and Management teams of our Peacocks Early Learning Centres, and looks forward to seeing the outcome of such a collaborative working relationship.
